Mark Wilbert, General Contractor

Urban Living Construction founder and owner Mark Wilbert has been a licensed General Contractor since 2003 and a proud Oregonian since 1997. When he’s not at the workbench, Mark takes advantage of the state’s year-round outdoor offerings including rafting, surfing, and snowboarding. A jack of many trades, Mark studied sculpture and graphic design at Pacific Northwest College of Art. Mark’s artistic background informs everything he builds.
